Useful Information
The remaining balance for the entire booked period is due at the time of arrival after having visited the accommodation assigned and recorded personal documents. Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque or with ATM.
Under its sole discretion, the Management reserves the right to choose the accommodation to assign. Its decision may not be modified under any circumstances.
Accommodation is available from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and shall be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to respect these timetables.
Food and drinks taken at the bar or restaurant, purchases made at the store as well as newspapers and magazines shall be paid by using the CREDIT CARD, a special prepaid card to be bought at the bar or reception. Please note: At the end of the stay, the remaining balance will be refunded upon returning the Card.
The Management only, assigns a place on the beach, a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a lounger to each accommodation. Any remaining places are at our guests' disposal by paying a surcharge. The seafront row is not ensured.
Upon registration our guests are provided with an identification vinyl wristband to be worn during the whole stay.
The Management shall authorise additional visitors to access our areas upon prior submission of personal documents and payment of € 7,00 per person after a 2-hour stay as well as € 5,00 daily for the parking space. In any event, visitors may not access the swimming pool, gym, TV room and take part in the entertainment activities.
