Booking Conditions
Bookings will be deemed valid and confirmed only if a deposit corresponding to the 30% of the total balance is paid by postal money order at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance for the entire booked period is due at the time of arrival after having visited the accomodation assigned and recorded personal documents. Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque or with ATM.
The type of accommodation, the number of guests for each flat as well as the booking period shall be indicated at the time of reservation.
Neither discounts nor refunds shall be granted in case the length of your booked stay is reduced for delayed arrival or earlier departure regardless of the reason.
